As Co-Founder & Associate Director of Artist Development, Tori Norman Castillo brings a global perspective to nurturing musical talent. A graduate of NYU with a focus on entertainment and business, Tori's diverse background makes her a driving force in the evolving music landscape. With roots in the Appalachian folk/bluegrass scene and experience honed in the indie music world of Madrid, Tori returned to NYC with a specific vision for artist growth. Her core mission is to forge meaningful and lasting bonds between artists and their fans, ensuring sustained growth and mutual support.
